Make sure your heating system is working efficiently and you have access to our fully qualified heating engineers to make any repairs when you need them most with one of our care plans. All our care plans include an annual service meaning your boiler is less likely to break down in the winter, but even if it does our heating engineers are on hand to get everything working quickly again.

Platinum Care Plan (Combination Boiler)

    Diamond. (Regular and System Boiler)

    • 1. Annual gas boiler service with full gas safety check.

    • 2. Hot Water Cylinder Cover.

    • 3. Heat Controls Cover ( programmer, room thermostat cylinder stat and dioverter valves.

    • 4. All Heaqting pipework.

    • 5. Radiator and valve cover.

    • 6. Heating pumps.

    • 7. Unlimited call outs per year.

    • 8. Up to 1500 limit per year.

    • 9.Qualified gas safe engineer.

    • 10. Boiler, central heating and all parts and labour.

    Boiler service (condensing boilers only)

    £10 / month

    per month

    • Regular servicing is an important part of maintaining tip top condition of your boiler and it's very important to have an annual service, not only for safety reasons but also to prevent future breakdowns when you least expect them.

    • Some of the reasons / symptoms that might require your boiler to be serviced.

    • 1. To maintain your manufacturer guarantee agreement.

    • 2. Hot water has limited flow or not as hot as it should be.

    • 3. Boiler overheating or needs refilling frequently.

    • 4. Fan makes a noise.

    • 5. Water pressure keeps dropping.

    • 6. Pump noisy.

    • 7. Constantly resetting the boiler.

    • Only includes a general safety service and diagnosis of faults, not replacement parts if required.
