GoGo Boilers recommend you get your boiler serviced once a year to ensure you keep on top of any issues before they escalate into costly repairs and more importantly to keep your manufacture warranty. Our gas engineers are fully qualified and Gas Safe registered ensuring that your heating system is in excellent working order all year round. Most boiler services will take around half an hour and you will receive a full service report. Checks included in a boiler service: Gas pressure and flow check Flue and combustion Electrical connections Electrical wiring Clean filter if applicable Clean condense trap Flue gas analysis *Cleaning filter adding chemical inhibiter will be an additional charge*

Landlord Gas Safety Certificate
Landlord Gas Safety Certificate from 102 including VAT
It is a legal requirement as a landlord to have a yearly gas safety inspection completed for your tenants this must be completed by a Gas Safe Registered engineer. By law you must obtain and keep a record of the safety check for 2 years and provide a copy to the tenant within 28 days of the check being completed or provide a copy to any new tenants before they move in. Here at GoGo Boilers we offer a Landlord Gas safety service and are able to provide a Landlords Gas Safety Certificate (LGSC) if it is required our engineers will be happy to service the boiler first. Our engineers make sure that your boiler is working effectively and safely. As a part of our service to you, we offer an annual reminder service and are happy to communicate directly with tenants in your absence if this is more suited.
