We have highly experienced engineers who can diagnose the problem and in many cases get your boiler back up and running there and then. Our fixed call out fee covers the first hour of labour which often is enough time to diagnosis many common faults and get your boiler back working again. Additional labour time and parts are charged separately but our engineer will provide you with a cost estimate once the fault has been diagnosed before proceeding further. All repairs come with a 30 day labour and 1 year guarantee on parts used.
Flushing and Cleansing

We offer a flushing and cleansing service where we can remove the sludge from your heating system in as little as 2 hours. A cleansed system ensures optimal heating from your boiler and provides effective, ongoing protection, extending the life of your boiler, radiators and pipework. It can also lower your energy usage as your boiler and radiators will work more efficiently afterwards.
Gas Safety Certificates
If you're a landlord, its your responsibility to keep your property safe for tenants to live in. By law, you must have a gas safety check carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer every year. When you receive your landlord gas safety record, youll need to make a copy available to your tenants.
